Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items so we offer a 7 day returns policy on all orders. All we ask is that they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in their unopened packaging. For all returns, we recommend that we use registered post. We can’t be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.

    Return Cost & Methods:
      1. Email help@thehealthpowerdriver.co.ukwith your request to return an item. We will provide you with a returns form which must be completed and returned. Once our team review the returns request, subject to acceptance we will provide you with a returns authorization number. Items cannot be accepted unless we have provided you with our returns address and a returns authorization number.
      2. If your return is not our error, You are responsible for the cost of delivering an item back to us. You are responsible for the goods prior to return and for insuring or bearing the cost of the items until they are received by us.
      3. Once your return is received and inspected by us, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 21 days. Unfortunately we're unable to refund our original delivery costs and a handling charge of 20% will apply. If your order qualified for free delivery, a delivery cost will be charged in addition to the handling charge.

      Damaged Return

      Occasionally things can go wrong and parcels get damagedby our lovely couriers. Please report the damage to our customer services team within 48 hours of receiving your items. We will request photographic evidence of any damaged goods in respect of your claim. Authorization must then be provided by us to return the damaged goods before we can release any credit or arrange any product(s) re-shipments.


      Please note:

        1. Products must be unused, in perfect condition and in their unopened packaging. They must be accompanied by your original invoice.Carefully pack the items in protective bubble wrap, or similarly suitable packaging. When receiving returned goods that have, in our opinion, been used, altered, damaged or are in any other way unfit for resale we will withhold any monies due, advise you in writing or by email within 14 days of any such intention and describe the nature of any such refusal to refund.
        2. You must contact us athelp@thehealthpowerdriver.co.uk before returning an item to request a Returns Form. If the item is returned without an authorisation code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
